Came here for 1 night with my kids, everything was excellent. The location was BEAUTIFUL, just next door to the lake, the ferry terminal at IJmuiden and the restaurant. Besides, Safa and Marwa Holy Mountains was 3 km away from the venue. I truly enjoyed the stay, it was a very comfortable experience.
The staff we met were kind of rude.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room even with extra bed. Room with balcony overlooking lake. Easy access to central Amsterdam on Fast Flying Ferry (see youtube) 8 euro return per adult approx 3Km drive to ferry. Large clean indoor swimming pool. Opportunities for outdoor swimming, cycling and running on marked 5k and 10k paths. Could even make a triathlon training camp! Hotel basically set in country park. Buffet Breakfast adequate - good value overall for a family visit.
This hotel had the size and feel of a chain style hotel but with a little less polish and a few more quirks.

Tucked away in an isolated location just outside Ijmuiden, surrounded by water, reliable 3* quality reception, spacious rooms and indoor swimming pool, handy if uninspiring bar/restaurant.
'Resort' might be a bit of a stretch, parking is 100 metres away and Amsterdam 15 miles (as the crow flys) for those unwary or unable to read a map.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel. The decor had a classic elegance that reminded me of the grand hotels of my youth. The general areas were well-maintained and exuded a sense of luxury. As a senior woman, I appreciated the attention to detail in making the hotel accessible for people like me. There were plenty of handrails throughout the building and the hallways were well-lit, ensuring my safety and comfort.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, I would request the children working there to be more attentive and considerate towards us. A little extra patience and assistance could go a long way in making our experience even more enjoyable.

It was in a remote location, in a beautiful area. And it was also near the nature, trains and het restaurant. The food was tasty and there were lots of dishes in the menu.

The surroundings are wonderful idyllic, if only the freeway wasn't so noisy.
The staff was generally not too helpful. My impression was that there was no owner present to look after the staff.

The tranquility of the area was commendable, despite being between two freeways. The view from the room was very reassuring. The breakfast was very complete, although missing a microwave.
Towels were left from the previous occupant within the basin of dirty clothes. Also, the shower could not fix in place, we said and did not do anything .. I guess because it was Sunday and had no maintenance service.

The hotel is situated in a stunning natural setting, with a heated swimming pool, a beautiful lake, and spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even arranging breakfast in the lobby for guests with pets. The balcony offers a serene view, perfect for relaxation. The hotel also has a great breakfast and a good restaurant. The warm swimming pool is open until 23:00, and there is even a piano for those who enjoy playing. The building itself is special, and the rooms are wonderfully quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.
